To start, it's a crepe place, which makes sense. The menu has a great variety of options and the meals I've tried were all great. The service was quick and the staff very helpful and friendly. The Breakfast Monster is a great alternative to classic breakfast ingredients.

Are you vegetarian or vegan who needs some linner on a Monday evening? Well you’re in luck, because The Skinny Pancake has half off burgers on Mondays after 3pm. Here’s what to order: The Good Juju Burger with a side of sweet potato fries and the pesto mayo sauce. Then, add some of that sauce and some of those sweet potatoes onto your burger. BOOM. If you need a sweet treat too, get the espresso milkshake. YUM YUM YUM!!!! Thanks!
We stopped in for lunch and it was busy. I think they may have been understaffed that day. Staff was nice just super busy. The food was good. Pictured is one of the egg sandwiches and fries.
Always a reliable choice for healthy Vermont food. We usually go for lunch but this time chose breakfast. I had the Early Riser - two eggs and cheddar crepe. I am GF and find their GF crepes to be heavy and sometimes chewy. This was no exception. Thankfully I ordered it with a side of maple syrup. With the addition of syrup I enjoyed it. Could hardly taste the cheese, however and think it could have used a bit more. I do wish they offered a traditional, thin crepe in a GF version.
Great crepe and breakfast spot on Main St. We had the sugarshack and the lovemaker. We also ordered the Hash Purples which were surprisingly good and flavorful. There is a good amount of seating space available. The food was delicious and the service was very good.
First time visiting, the meals were delicious. Order at the counter, but the food is still brought to you. The crepes were delicious. The pesto veggie was very tasty and well balanced, probably the best of the 4 things we ordered.
Soooo delicious. Veggie crepe is really good. Also! The wait staff noticed we had kids with us & they kindly brought some books and coloring things over for us while we waited!
